The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have just announced the name of the baby boy they had earlier this week.  The news of their baby has been a lovely positive news story which I personally love as I believe we need more positive stories in our world.  The name of the baby is clever if you think about Prince Harry’s name.  It’s a very different name to those that usually get picked for royal babies but it’s lovely and I wish the couple, and their new-born son well 🙂  Regarless of your views on royalty, I hope you enjoy my special poem dedicated to the birth of this baby…

A Royal Baby is Born!

A Royal baby, is now here,
Let us all, give great cheer!
A great-grandchild, for the Queen,
A beautiful boy, barely seen.
Proud parents, mum and dad,
Come to see, faces glad.
The child’s face, barely shown,
Seventh in line, to the throne.
A baby with, a name unique,
Announced to all, this very week.
Welcome to world, (Archie Harrison
Mountbatten-Windsor), little one.
