Thank you sooo much to Women With Gifts for this wonderful award and sorry for taking so long to write up this post. I can’t believe I’ve been given this award for apparently just being an amazing blogger. I don’t feel so amazing but I am so honoured to receive this and I will be nominating some people I think are amazing, and versatile, bloggers too, who I hope you guys will want to follow too as their blogs are simply brilliant and they are amazing people too!
Rules:
Anyway, the rules for this blogger award are pretty simple:
- Thank the person that nominated you for the award
- Include a link to their blog
- Nominate 15 other bloggers
- Share seven things about yourself in your blog post.
7 Facts about me:
I’ve already thanked Women with Gifts but here it is again: Thank you 🙂 So onto the facts about me. I don’t often like talking about myself so it’s difficult for me to come up with facts about me, especially ones that are different from those in other awards. If I repeat myself then apologies but I’ll try my best to give you something new about me 🙂
- There’s one foodstuff I never get tired of eating and that’s pasta. I could eat pasta every day for the rest of my life, as long as it’s al dente and not that overly soggy type then I’m happy to eat it (but obviously with something else – dry pasta not so tasty!) but pasta in general – Yum!
- I am always slightly nervous around new dogs I meet. I don’t have an actual fear of dogs, far from it, but thanks to a bad experience as a child when this big untrained alsatian was trying to jump on me, it put a bit of a fear into me about new dogs, especially ones that are big and run up to me. I am working on stopping the fear though and these days it’s just a little nervousness, but I’m hoping with time and more exposure that it will go away.
- I’ve never flown on a plane in my life! 😮 I know, shocker right? I’ve done some travelling (though not as much as I’d like) but I’ve just never by a plane before. I don’t know if I really have fear of flying, but I definitely have fear of cramped economy class on long haul flights – given my OCD!
- I love drawing but to this day I’m still terrible at drawing people. Give me anything else and I’l enjoy drawing it, even animals, but if I try to draw people then all you’ll see are very wonkey and distorted looking individuals, with faces that look way older than they should be…I really don’t know why 😮 😂
- I enjoy visiting theme parks even though I hate going on scary rides. The teacup ride’s probably as ‘scary’ as I’d go! 😂
- In a previous award I told you that I’m left-handed. Well , I used to be left-handed for everything until I was at school and kept being given right-handed scissors. I couldn’t cut stuff with those scissors but getting hold of left-handed ones was tricky so I kept practicing using my right hand until that became my dominant hand for scissors. I’m not sure I know how to use scissors left-handed these days! 😮
- I’m one of those people with super sensitive taste buds, I can even taste the difference between different mineral waters…I could probably become a taster for a factory if I wanted to. 😂
Nominations:
Now again, the nominations are not only versatile and wonderful bloggers I know, but also those I am hoping/know would take up the award. I know a lot of bloggers that I follow who deserve this award, but some may not be so keen to do the award, so if that’s you please don’t think that I’ve left you out, afterall there’s only so many nominations and I want to give the chance to give this award to those I feel would really enjoy doing it as well as those who deserve it.

Final thoughts:
So, let me know what you thought about my seven facts about myself and please do click through to see the links of some amazing and versatile bloggers. There are so many other bloggers so please, please don’t be upset if I didn’t pick you (I’m not a fan of picking people for awards and tags in case I leave you out) there are far more people who deserve this award than I was able to nominate. Once again thank you to Women With Gifts for nominating me and I hope you enjoyed reading 🙂 Don’t forget if you are doing this award, don’t forget to include a link to this post in your own (a link to my blog alone won’t give me a notification, so if you add a link to this specific blog post) I’ll be able to see your 7 facts, nominations and of course I can share your post on social media too 🙂 Have a lovely, versatile day everyone 🙂 ❤
What do you think makes a versatile blogger? What 7 facts would you share about yourself? Let me know what you think in the comments below 🙂
Congratulations! I loved getting to know more about you. Also, thanks for nominating me. I’ll do it in a couple of weeks. 🙂

Lol, yeah, I’d rather just play the side games where you can win a toy, teacups are as scary as I’ll go 😀 Thank you 😀 😀 😀

Thank you for nominating me 🙂 ♥
Great answers. I haven’t been on a plane for over 10 years now, I’m not sure I ever will again.
Sorry I hate theme parks 😀
I love drawing too. Not great at drawing people, I’m better at cats 🙂

Thank you 🙂 I love drawing animals! Cats are my favourite animal and are so beautiful and graceful, they make the perfect subjects to draw don’t they 🙂 🙂

I really like your facts btw! I know I already commented, but I’m working on my award now lol. We are very similar! I have an acute sense of taste as well as not being able to draw people (besides stick figures). Even then it’s kind of touch and go! Hahahaha

Thank you 😀 ❤ Lol, well I think there's enough people able to draw people. How weird we both have that same issue with taste. I wonder if it has anything to do with having a chornic illness, or just weird coincidence! 😀 😀

I know right!?! You know, I bet it has something to do with chronic illness. Our bodies change so much that I wouldn’t be surprised at all. I’ve always been sensitive to taste, but have become more so sense becoming chronically ill.

I don’t know if you are sensitive in any other way but I have a strong sense of smell too, to the point that strong perfumes and scents that people spray now just make me feel sick. It’s weird but I used to be able to tolerate stronger tastes and scents too, lol

I am sensitive in all of my other senses, though not all the time. It is mostly my taste and smell. I totally relate to what you are describing. I can smell it right now just by your description! Ugh gives me a headache! Gosh we were destined to meet. 🙂
