Today I’m pleased to show you more book post that arrived this month, this time from the lovely people at Andersen Press!  These books are actually delivered together with the Walker Books I showed you last week (due to some distribution deal Andersen Press has with Walker I think) but I thought I’d show them off in a separate post as there’s just too many in one blog post otherwise, lol!  There’s a picture book and two reading books, one for children and one for older children/younger teens.  So let’s take a quick look at what came in the post 🙂 (the descriptions are short from an email and are not true blurbs) …

November book haul Andersen Press books

Songs for Our Sons by Ruth Doyle & Ashling Lindsay – An uplifting, poetic picture book about the unique experiences and opportunities that children raised as boys will encounter in this ever-changing, conformist, highly pressurised world.

Count by Melvin Burgess & Chris Mould – Brandon says he is brilliant at lots of things and is challenged to count up to ten million. But then strange, impossible things start happening. The numbers are taking over everything . . .

The House in the Woods by Yvette Fielding – When Clovis, Eve and Tom decide to play with a ouija board in an old abandoned house on Halloween, none of them foresees the horrors they’re about to unleash …

Don’t these look lovely?  I can’t wait to read all of these books but I’m especially excited about Yvette Fielding’s book as I just love watching her in Most Haunted and can’t wait to see how haunted the story gets! 😀

What do you think of this book haul?  Are there any books you are looking forward to reading or getting this month?  Let me know what you think in the comments below 🙂
