Today I’m sharing another wonderful book which landed on my doorstep recently. This is a YA book from publisher Macmillan and I want to say a huge thank you to Nina for the chance to get a copy and read this. I spotted this book online somewhere some time ago and was intrigued, so I’m so excited to now have the chance to read this! The package that came through the door had two kisses on the address label, and more inside, let’s take a look…

What on earth could be on page 13? Even more intriguing…

Inside is were a bookmark, a letter with a kiss printed on it and a sticker and of course the proof copy. But wait, there was something on page 13, a snippet of the story where we see a note from one character to another talking about kissing that girl. It’s a great snippet page to read before reading the whole book…

And now onto the envelope with the kiss which I opened to find…

A note from the author about why she wrote the book. The book itself and the blurb are below, just look at this cover, isn’t it so appealing 🙂 …

I Kissed Shara Wheeler by Casey McQuiston – A month before graduating Willowgrove Christian Academy, the principal’s perfect daughter, prom queen, Shara Wheeler, kisses Chloe Green and vanishes leaving only a trail of clues.
On a furious hunt for answers, Chloe discovers that she’s not the only one that Shara kissed, and she starts to suspect that there may be more to this small town – and to Shara – than she thought.
Fierce, funny, and frank, Casey McQuiston’s I Kissed Shara Wheeler is about breaking the rules, getting messy, and finding love in unexpected places.
This book is published on the 12th May and I am going to start reading it after my current read. Let me know if you’re interested in reading this too, or what you are reading now?
